Fresh Fridays! Bagels, Bread and Curds fresh every Friday

Start the weekend off with fresh baked bread from the Brick Oven Bakery, Northfield, MN. We pick this up early on Friday morning, bringing in Oatmeal bread, Naturally Northfield (whole wheat sourdough) and French sourdough.

St. Paul Bagelry, (located in Roseville, MN),  sends us assorted bagels and whipped flavored cream cheese. In order to keep the bagels with fresh flavor and texture, we freeze these on Saturday, so you can always find these in our freezer section. These bagels have an amazing flavor that carries over even from the freezer to your toaster.

Metz’s Hartland Dariry brings us fresh cheese curds in assorted flavors mid-morning Friday. Plain, salsa, garlic and herb are just some of the flavors we carry from their dairy near Rushford, MN. We also have a nice selection of their aged cheddars. If you had a chance to visit us on our Cheese Day in February, they were one of the featured producers.
