Two whole muscle, boneless, skinless breast lobes tied for ideal carving. Great for sandwiches, dinners, and salads. Tumbled with a solution of water & sodium to bind lobes into carving roast. All white meat.

2 roasts/case, ~8-10 lbs per roast.
